Terrazzo

We are setting the industry standard for terrazzo flooring repair and restoration. Depending on your surface's issues we first grind the terrazzo with resin diamonds. Next we use a proprietary line of products to polish and bring out the natural shine.  We also take care with all edges and corners in which we work on by hand  so there is no “picture frame” effect to the edges. Next we apply a penetrating sealer to prevent stains and give oil repellancy to the stone.

Holes are repaired by filling them with a mixture of stone and akemie plus our secret additive to match the background of the terrazzo. If the stone is mixed with the akemie, we will make a mound above the surface of the floor and when this hardens, the stone will also be above the level of the floor. Once this is ground down, the stones will also be ground down and look like the background of the terrazzo.
